| BOOKINGS A deposit of 50% is required for reservation, and must be received within 7 days or hunt is automatically canceled. Balance must be paid at least two weeks prior to hunt. A hunt booked without time to mail a deposit MUST be paid in full upon arriving at lodge. CASH ONLY ! NO CHECKS ! NO EXCEPTIONS !If an individual or party fails to show up on their chosen hunting day, the hunt $ (dollar) value is forfeited, UNLESS with at least a two week advance notice, and the canceled hunt day is rebooked with another party.Hunts are non transferable and must be used prior to March 2008. |
